A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your date. Dates are not held until both are received.

Retainers are non-refundable and apply toward your total collection cost. Remaining balances are due prior to the event date (timing will be outlined in your booking materials).

Payment plans may be available upon request.

If you choose to cancel your photography services, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes the retainer and any installment payments completed prior to cancellation.

Annie Piland Photography is based in Cincinnati and is available for travel. Travel fees vary depending on location, coverage needs, and logistics, and will be quoted in your proposal if applicable.

For destination weddings and elopements, travel arrangements are confirmed in advance to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.

Every gallery is edited in Annie’s signature style: bright, vibrant, and timeless—preserving color, warmth, and the true atmosphere of your day.

Final image selection, editing choices, and color treatment are part of the artistic process and remain at Annie’s discretion. RAW/unedited images are not delivered.

Annie Piland Photography may use images from your session or event for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

If you prefer your gallery to remain private, please let Annie know in writing prior to your session/event. Privacy requests are always respected.

To create the best possible experience and gallery, clients agree to:

+ Communicate schedule updates and key details in a timely manner
+ Obtain any necessary permissions for photography at venues
+ Understand that coverage begins and ends at the contracted time
+ Ensure family/friends respect photography time during portraits and key moments

In the rare event of circumstances outside either party’s control (natural disaster, severe illness, government restrictions, etc.), Annie Piland Photography will make every reasonable effort to reschedule services or offer an appropriate solution based on the situation.

Annie Piland Photography takes great care in preserving and backing up images. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or circumstances preventing coverage, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
